Mar. 3rd, 2015 12:26 am He's been trying to give subtle hints. He's been trying to play the field to see if his advances would be welcome. He hasn't been daring to let himself believe that he'd be so lucky that this almost perfect human being would be interested in him-- or interested in men at all. Emery hasn't exactly given indication otherwise.
But he keeps the hope tucked away, still. He doesn't even try to keep the adoration away from his expression every time he looks at him.
Even when they're discussing homework, it seems.
"No, see-- I think this is the theory they want us to apply here." He'll shift a little closer, finger on the passage in question as he glances up at Emery; tries not to let his eyes linger too long on his lips, "Y'get what I mean?"
